Please note that when connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymized, deleted, and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.
Multiple coupon codes cannot be used for one order. If you enter multiple coupon codes during checkout your order will be voided.
To get the most out of any item purchased through the PRIR shop make sure you read the item’s label, and follow the care instructions.

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. Please check size charts prior to making your purchase.
Shipping, handling and customs charges cannot be repaid once an item is shipped.
For insurance on lost or stolen packages customers have the option of adding Route Shipping Insurance at checkout. Customers that have lost or stolen packages without Route coverage will be responsible for filing claims themselves with local couriers.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of products delivery.

Undelivered Items:
Contact us at – pocketrockitradio@gmail.com for any item lost in the mail, and we will get a replacement sent to you. Please note, all claims for items lost in mail must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
“Delivered” Items:
Please ensure your address is correct! We do not offer refunds or replacements for items with tracking information stating the item was delivered.
Still if you truly did not receive your item please contact us at pocketrockitradio@gmail.com . We will work with you to the best of our ability to help locate the item, and resolve the issue.
Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method
Your order will take 2-5 business days to process from the day the order is received to when it is shipped.
Order processing is not part of the shipping time. Once your order is processed it will be shipped at the speed you selected.
